Do vitamin e pills work to heal scars on face?

i have some scars on my face not acne scars just from picking at scabs and it looks bad when im not wearing make up.

Nothing but surgical intervention will remove a scar. They will fade with time. Keeping your scar out of the sun helps, and some report that certain creams will fade them too. yes these tablets work, I use them but they take like a month to work, what also helps ur skin is if u use the vitamin e thats for ur face, like u actually take it and put it on ur face, ask about it in ur nearest drug store, my mom got it for me and its amaizing I noticed change withing the first day, just make sure ur face is cleansed b4 u apply them. ok so I don't know what the name is for this vitamin e that u was just telling u about but it usually comes in pills that u could squeeze the end with ur nail and take it off and put some on ur finger then apply it. the pills are seathrough and yellowish. I don't thing it always comes in pills though so just go to ur nearest drug store and ask them for vitamin e that u can apply on ur face. only use it twice a day once when u wake up and when u wanna go to sleep :)
the reason that these ';wonder creams'; work for reducing visibility of scars is the massaging of the lotion into your skin. massaging the scars breaks up the scar tissue and helps it to eventually reduce over time. yes, the vitamin e probably helps,but you're really paying for an excuse to massage the scar. they don't tell you that, because they want your money.
Yep, vitamin E really does work. The pills are more effective since they will do good to your skin from within and not on the outside. I use the vitamin E cream every night. It's a moisturizer and it's good for my skin.
i think u can use mederma cream. It really works for scars. if its a very old one u should apply until 6months.. if it is old but not severe, it will work wonders within 3 months.. and this cream will help reducing strech marks if any... hope i helped!!
if ur scar is a pimple mark or dark spots it will work


but not for any other scars


also try to cleanse and moisturise every day


don't pick ur pimples it may leave scars
I've never heard anything to indicate they work for healing scars. I'm not an expert, though.
