Scars after skin cut on the hand , skin is healed totaly but still there is a redness under the skin , why?

I cut my hand very lightly 10 days ago, didn't bleed , only few drops , skin is healed but there is still a noticeable redness beneath the skin , I am worried about it as it is not going away , knowing that in the past it had never left any redness , is it due to HIV infection ,, ?Scars after skin cut on the hand , skin is healed totaly but still there is a redness under the skin , why?
No it is not HIV infection. It is beacuse your skin is working on pathogens invaders.The red and white blood cells are covering the site of infection to prevent pathogens/germs from going into the skin. The redness occurs from the red blood cells dying at the site of infection. They stay there to block the opening of your wound to prevent those pathogens from passing through.
