A good foundation to cover acne scars?

I did an accutane treatment and my acne is GONE, hallelujah!

I am white and my acne scars are reddish! I use a thick foundationtion which covers up the red, but draws out the indentions of my face.

Anyone know a light foundation with good coverage???

THANKSA good foundation to cover acne scars?
u should try mac full coverage it covers anything its a really good makeup,it look natural and its not 2 heavy or cakey,i used 2 use it when i had really bad acne but now thats its gone i use studio fix fluid b/c i still have a couple of acne scars and it covers them and it lasts all day through heat and sweat and it doens't come off on ur clothes like bare minerals does with that stuff it comes off very easily and it doesn't cover ANYTHING! i used 2 use and it didn't cover my acne or my acne scars and through out the day it would come off and i think it made my skin worse and more oily but with studio fix fluid and full coverage it has made my skin better since ive started using it ive only gotten like 2 pimples(ive been using for 3 months) which is amazing so u should try it,also mac blot powder/pressed it really good 4 controlling the oil and setting ur foundation.

hope i helpedA good foundation to cover acne scars?
Good for you your acne is gone! well i suffer from acne and i use Maybelline's dream matte mousse foundation,it covers really well and for me it lasts the whole day,i just put abit of powder on it and all set to go.It's not heavy, feels very light and silky to the skin.I've used millions of foundations and nothing worked for me,i wanted great coverage while looking natural and i found that with this dream matte mousse.Do moisturize your skin with a good oil-free moisturizer before putting on any foundation, you'll see your skin will look great!
Pure works for everything, including acne scars and pimples, dark under eye and whole face foundation. It's 50% water so it won't make your acne come back and you can't even feel the foundation when it dries+it comes with every skin tone. You can get it at target, kmart and pretty much every drugstore makeup isle
bare minerals/bare essentuals is a great cover up; you may also want to use a scar cream to fade some of that out ; some laser treatments may also help ; Laura Geller products are good ; smashbox has a great primer, photo finish ; good luck and don't be hard on yourself for things that weren't your fault; I felt sorry for myself for having no shoes until I saw a man with no feet; you are beautiful no matter what
First you need to use a primer and possibly a concealer depending on how deep and red the scarring is. Then put on a foundation. The thick foundations have oils in them and may make the acne come back just so you know. The best primer, concealer and foundation is made by Bee-Luscious. These products allow your skin to breath so it feels very light and airy. Plus it has absolutely no fillers so a few drops on your finger tip will cover your whole face! Bee-Luscious can be found on-line at beeroyalprodcuts.com.
Revlon Colorstay ';Active'; foundation. It is great for skin. It is oil free and contains SPF 25. It stays on the whole day and does not budge for more than 16 hours. You can build up the coverage by layering it, but there is no need for that because in one application, every thing is basically covered.
y dont you use a primer first to minimize the redness then apply on foundation... if not try find a moisturizer at sephora or at a mall that would help you get rid of the redness.. try using murad or philosphy...
first of all dear if u had an acne previously that means u got a oily skin so never use liquid foundations other wis their r chances of bad skins instead use good company like avon concealors i m the member of avon and above that use compaq ok
definitely everyday minerals...

it`s light..natural looking..and

it lasts the whole entire day..

and you can`t even feel it at all.

it also does not clog pores and

doesn`t contain bismuth, which

causes irritations/itchiness...

it`s pretty cheap for mineral

make-up as well..just go to this

site: everydayminerals.com and

get a free sample kit so you can

experiment with diff. colors of

foundation before purchasing =)
Product I get from my Day Spa is called ';True';. It contains Idebenone and Green Tea and all sorts of good stuff to heal your skin while giving you EXCELLENT coverage. It isn't cheap, mind you. But it is worth it.

There is also a product called ';DermaBlend'; which you can purchase from Dillard's. It has been around for a long time. It covers any and everything, but I don't know how healthy the ingredients are. (re: http://www.dermablend.com)

I've also heard of some other products, such as tattoo camouflage and smart cover. But, I have no experience with those.
