When l was 5 years old. l've been falling on a cemented ground, since then l've had scars that are annoying while wearing short shorts, skirts and bathing suites. I have them on my knees, thigh, and elbows.

i had a rele rele deep cut on my leg for 7 monthes. and stitches scars on it too...and i used vitamin E lotion for like 2-3 weeks and it went away completely.

There is this stuff called mederma it's excellent, but expensive. You can find it at your local drug store.
You can buy scar ointment from walgreens or cvs and put it every day on your scar, then your scar literally starts to fade. It takes a while but beauty is patience =)
Scars fade over time. Exfoliate them and apply moisturiser. You could always cover them with fake tan or make-up.
