I have horrible scars on my legs, any way to make them fade?

I have scars from eczma on my legs that are quite dark, I need a way to get rid of them. Thanks :)I have horrible scars on my legs, any way to make them fade?
i have heard mederma work well i use bio oil it works well but you have to put it on like 3 times a day
