Vitamin E is a really good option. If you take it orally it works well, but if you find the liquid caplets, prick them with a pin and spread the vitamin E on the scar, the skin will gradually heal. laser treatments are the best to get rid of ur scars. However the cost alot of money but i got rid of mine with fraxel laset treatment. My skin looks great

if they are deep scars then microdermabrasion will probably be your best bet. it will soften the look. it may look expensive at first but try to find someone who will give you the treatment for around $50. if you have medical insurance you can possibly get it covered but you may have to get the dermatologist to prescribe you retin A first. good luck











oh and increase your protein intake. drink LOTS of water. vit c helps with protein synthesis and healing. zinc also helps with healing.
