i had acne and acne scars on my back.


i went to the doctor and he said scrub it with like a loofah thing.


i did that, nothing changed (meanwhile i was on the pill but didn't do anything for my back!)

use this stuff called. Bio Oil. its for acnce scars i use it all the time and it works. trust me
First of all, don't use any antibiotics or medications for this. What I recommend requires some good amount of patience but it works. Every morning after brushing your teeth, drink a glass of (regular drinking) water (8 oz) with about half a teaspoon of turmeric; this will take months before the scars begin to fade, but they will go away eventually (personally it took me one and a half years to get rid of all my scars).
