I have been using Bio-oil with PurCellin Oil in it for the past several years (not daily, once-5 times a month each day)from www.bio-oil.info AND IT DOESN'T WORK!

Umm that's a hard one, I assume the scars are raised which makes hard to rid off. You could try an ointment called Retin-A. You'd need to doctor's script for it.
What will definetly do the job is some laser treatment.
