Whats the best Retin-A cream to help acne and acne scars?

Whats the best perscribed Retin-A and the best non-perscription Retin-A? I've been using Retin-A Micro and it helps a little but I wanted to find something that I can get without a perscription thats just as strong or stronger. I also heard about Green Cream, has anyone tried this? Its pretty expensive but it is a strong Retin-A cream.Whats the best Retin-A cream to help acne and acne scars?
You won't find anything stronger than the original Retin-A

prescription medicine. It does, however, come in 2 or 3 different strengths. Now that the patent has expired, generic Retin-A is available at a much lower cost than the original.

Other than that, there are creams with retinol (related, but not the same). A decent OTC cream with this ingredient is Alpha-Hydrox.Whats the best Retin-A cream to help acne and acne scars?
At this time, there are no over-the-counter creams that contain

actual retinoic acid (retin-A), only retinol - and Alpha-Hydrox is probably the best. Report Abuse

something that i have used thatt has worked really good is neosporin all u have to do is cleanse your face with warm water then wipe dry with a clean towel and then wipe clean with alcohol pad and dry your face and then jus apply the neosporin to the affected areas or jus your whole face this is better than most acne medicines because they make your face worse first then it gets better and sometimes dont even work
weLL i heard of this one cream ';celtone';.. many say that it works well.. ... this product is supposedLy made from snail saliva.. (i know sounds kinda disgusting hehe)...but it treats acne,,, scars,, and reduces wrinkLes and you can use it for under eyes too...its kind of expensive though,, i barely got mine two days ago i feel it working already.. but theres other similar ones if u dont want to spend much ,,you can also try others like ';karakol'; or ';elicina';.. ... heres the website for ';celtone'; cream %26gt;%26gt; http://www.siglas-inc.com/celltone.html?gclid=CL7-zLSjp4wCFQ0qYQod0wX12w hope this works.....
