Last summer at the end of it, I got little white dots all over my body. Over the winter, they've gone almost totally away. i don't know if that's what you're talking about, becuase my doctor said they were small dryspots that shedded skin faster than other areas, which made them lighter than the tan areas. Those little white spots are from sun damage and your skin can no longer produce pigment in those spots, which is why they are white. I do not believe there is a way to reverse sun damage.
go to the doctor and get some medical attention . get checked out make sure your ok. and get some cream from the doctor
take a cold bath when u down lotion ur skin then if it still burn put ice on the spot and rest
